Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Coverage 

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available. 

Order Processing 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email with the relevant details will be sent to you. 

Delivery Timeframe 

Standard delivery typically takes between 3–8 business days after dispatch, ensuring timely delivery of your order. 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts 

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers may request re-delivery where applicable. 

Damaged or Missing Orders 

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence for verification. 

In case a shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to verify the issue and proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
